Official Rules for the “Seminole Well-care” Contest

To enter through a Seminole Dealer or Seminole Stores: ask for an official Seminole WELLNESS “stamp card” from your local participating Seminole feed store. Receive one stamp on the card for every bag of Seminole WELLNESS purchased. When your stamp card is completed with 12 stamps you will receive a FREE bag of SEMINOLE WELLNESS horse feed and an entry into the “Seminole Well-Care” contest for a chance to win $750, a 1-year supply of Wellness Horse Feeds and other Well-care products. Contest is sponsored by Seminole Feed.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  To enter the Seminole “Seminole Well-Care” contest, mail a completed official entry form, available at www.SeminoleFeed.com, to: Seminole Feed, Seminole Well-Care Contest, P.O. Box 940, Ocala, FL, 34478.  All entries sent through US Mail must be postmarked on or before
July 31, 2008. Only one entry per household. Seminole Feed is not responsible for lost, misdirected, mutilated, illegible, postage-due or late entries. Entries are subject to verification.  Submissions may be investigated and voided if fraudulent.

Entries become the property of Seminole Feeds and will not be returned.

Seminole Feed has the right to use the entrant’s name for advertising or promotional purposes without payment to the entrant.

The “Seminole Well-Care” contest runs from January 18, 2008 – July 31, 2008.  Winners will be selected from a pool of eligible entries in a random drawing between August 5, 2008 and October 5, 2008.  Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone by October 15, 2008.  Prizes must be claimed within 60 days of notification.  Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.  Prizes cannot be substituted for cash.

Prizes include a total of one (1) Grand Prize. To claim prizes, winners must accept in writing via a signed Prize Release and other documents.

Open to U.S. residents of the 48 contiguous states, 18 years of age or older as of January 15, 2008, except employees of Seminole Feed, distributors, suppliers, retailers and the members of immediate families and/or households of each of the above.

By entering, entrants agree that they shall comply with all contest and eligibility rules prior to any entry.

One winner per household allowed.  The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.

This Sweepstakes cannot be republished in any other medium without express written consent of Seminole Feed.

Offer valid in the USA only.  Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.

In consideration of Seminole Feed’s acceptance of entrant’s entry, entrant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Seminole Feed, its parent company, subsidiaries, related and/or affiliated companies, divisions, agents, employees, successors, heirs and all judges of the contest harmless from and against any and all liability, claims or losses for its/their actions arising from, or related to, the drawing and handling of entrant’s entry, the use and/or publication of the entry and the conducting, advertising and sponsoring of the Sweepstakes.
